Can someone please tell me why the defense kept bringing up children as the central argument against gay marriage? Like is it just me or am I missing something?
I’m not denying that children is a factor that needs to be discussed and addressed, but I certainly don’t think it is the central point here regarding same-sex marriage. They make it seems like marriage is all about having children.
If so, then why are they letting people who can’t have kids getting married? And why are they allowing parents who have kids to get divorced? I don’t have a law degree. No, I’m not even good at debating, but isn’t this like a huge fallacy in their argument?
